A Red Eagle of the Orocarni
The red eagle dominated the skies of the East. Smaller relatives of the Great Eagles, who were rare in eastern Endor, these magnificent predators were relatively numerous and posed a threat to travellers in the Red Mountains and Mountains of the Wind. Fortunately, though, they usually preferred to hunt goats, sheep, or wild horses. Red eagles were known for the deep red hue that accented the tips of their gold-colored plumage. They had scarlet beaks.
