Mithram Spur (S. Ered Angûrath, "Mountains [of] Iron-hearts" or "Iron-heart Mountains"): A range of mountains which came down from the Ered Lithui and stretched southwestwards, they bordered the southeastern edge of Gorgoroth. This range was notorious for having Sauron’s slave-mines underneath it.
