Pennaedd Falcon was a Dunlending slave of the Falcon Clan in Dunland. During the War of the Ring, Pennaed turned against his kin for refusing to take part in the war against the Rohirrim. As punishment, he was banished from Dunland and sent to work in the Isengard Depths as a slave. He became exhausted while working too much and couldn't carry a barrel that his slave master Sagrúrz assigned him to do. He had proved unable to work in the Pits, but would soon earn his freedom.
