Fosco Boffin was a Hobbit who was one of the seven children of Rollo and Prisca Boffin.A first cousin, once removed, of Bingo Boffin, he somehow stood out of the rest of his family for being somewhat more adventurous and fond of rivers and Boats, later however he eventually settled down at Scary with his aunt Prunella to become a Grocer.
