Baragûr (S. "Fiery-heart";or Er. "Home-Soul") was an eriadorian ruler or prince who lived in the First Age during the War of Wrath. He was one of the ancient lords who had been laid to rest in the Oras Tûrdon, the later Barrow-downs. Like Imarhîl and Ustokhîr, he had been a friend and ally of the Sirannari Elves, who assisted in building his tomb. The descendants of these wood-elves later lived in Rivendell, where the ancient keys to the Mound of Princes were still kept.
